With over two decades of experience in whisky creation and blending, he is renowned for possessing one of the most discerning palates in the industry. As a Master of Wood, Jeffrey has devoted his career to the art and science of cask selection and maturation, relentlessly pursuing perfection in every dram.

His groundbreaking work with Japanese Mizunara oak has earned him international recognition, cementing his status as a thought leader in the use of this rare and venerated wood.
